The Radiation Therapist administers ionizing radiation therapy to patients according to physician prescriptions and collaborates with the oncology team on treatment planning. They are responsible for maintaining accurate treatment records, monitoring patient conditions, and preparing equipment for daily procedures.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma, completion of an ARRT-approved Radiological Technology Program, and current Maryland licensure. At least one year of experience in a radiation oncology facility is required, with preference given to those familiar with linear accelerators and CT simulators.

Administers ionizing radiation therapy to patients in accordance with the prescription and instructions of the Radiation Oncologist. Collaborates with the physicist, dosimetrist, chief therapist, and Radiation Oncologist in the planning and simulation of treatments.
Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital.
Pay Range: $48.04-74.51. Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
