Mansioni principali:
- Archiviazione e catalogazione di documenti cartacei e digitali secondo procedure standardizzate
- Gestione autonoma del flusso documentale interno con elevata precisione
- Ricerca rapida e recupero di pratiche su richiesta dei reparti aziendali
- Aggiornamento costante dei sistemi informatici di gestione documentale
- Verifica della conformità, integrità e riservatezza della documentazione conservata
- Supporto amministrativo al team customer service nella gestione dei fascicoli clienti
Requisiti essenziali:
- Non è richiesta esperienza pregressa
- Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore
- Ottima padronanza di strumenti informatici e software gestionali documentali
- Precisione, ordine e spiccata attenzione ai dettagli
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e gestire priorità multiple
- Disponibilità immediata
Offerta e benefit:
- Retribuzione 1.450-1.700 € lordi mensili
- Contratto a tempo determinato 12 mesi finalizzato a indeterminato

- Orario full-time, 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì al venerdì
