Perform welding operations to assemble and secure sheet metal for electrical and industrial equipment based on engineering specifications. Responsibilities include laying out parts, tack welding, and removing rough spots using grinders or saws.
Requires one to three months of related experience and the ability to read engineering drawings and tape measures. Knowledge of TIG, MIG, and spot welding is required, while certifications and a high school diploma are preferred.

This opportunity is for our Electric Heat business. Electric Heat is a trusted leader in electric heating and ventilation solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Backed by the strength of ASPEQ Heating Group and Marley Engineered Products, we offer a wide range of standard and customized products through leading brands like QMark, Indeeco, Berko, and Brasch.

SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Welder, you will perform welding operations to assemble and secure sheet metal for electrical and industrial equipment, according to engineering drawings and specifications. This position supports the Weekend Shift, a 3-day workweek, working 12-hour shifts.
