Oversee daily vineyard operations from vine to harvest to ensure high grape quality and sustainable farming compliance. Manage vineyard crews, maintain machinery, and coordinate seasonal activities like pruning and thinning.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Viticulture or a related agricultural field and 3–5 years of vineyard management experience. Must possess strong leadership skills and the physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
