Patient Navigators support the care team by providing patients with essential information and journey maps to navigate their treatment cycles. They facilitate diagnostic procedures and simplify complex medical processes to ensure a seamless transition to nursing management.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and exhibit exceptional communication skills. A passion for reproductive healthcare is required for this role.

Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.
The starting salary range for this role is $23-26/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
