The Event Manager will coordinate logistics, volunteer staffing, and operational plans for cross country and indoor track & field events. They will serve as the primary point of contact for event personnel and manage documentation, scheduling, and post-event administrative tasks.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Event Management, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of experience in event operations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.

We are looking to hire a Temporary Event Manager to join our Event Management team in support of the Cross Country and Indoor Track & Field seasons. This role will support the planning, logistics and delivery of Spokane Sports events to ensure events run smoothly, partners are supported, and participants have a world-class experience.
