Trainees will undergo theoretical and practical training to become Certified Professional Operators in Non-Destructive Testing for rail flaw detection. Responsibilities include operating inspection platforms, applying ultrasonic testing methods, and performing basic equipment repairs during extended field assignments.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a valid passport for training in the United States. Basic computer skills and the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and medical exam are required.

Sommaire du poste
Il s’agit d’un poste sur le terrain nécessitant de nombreux déplacements à travers le Canada pour des périodes prolongées d’environ 3 à 4 mois à la fois.
Un passeport valide est requis, puisque la formation en salle de classe se déroule aux États-Unis.
À titre de Technicien/Apprenti Certifié, vous recevrez une formation théorique et pratique rémunérée afin de devenir Opérateur Professionnel Certifié dans le domaine des essais non destructifs (END/NDT) appliqués à la détection des défauts de rail (RFD). La formation débute à l’École de détection des défauts de rail de Sperry, située au Connecticut, puis se poursuit par une vaste expérience sur le terrain aux côtés d’équipes expérimentées.
À la suite de la réussite de la formation et de la certification, les employés pourront évoluer vers des postes impliquant l’opération de plateformes d’inspection et/ou des responsabilités de supervision d’équipe.
