Role Overview & Responsibilities
Spectrum Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer of high-quality furniture and fixtures for educational and commercial environments, is seeking a dedicated team member to lead our Sheet Metals Department.
Performs and assists with the production duties of the department
Understands and follows the work center schedule
Provides evaluative feedback on individual performance
Reports issues that cause the team’s performance to be compromised
Provides training to both new and progressing team members
Creates and maintains a positive and cooperative work environment; assures that team member’s ideas are both solicited and listened to
Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent
