Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. Previous experience in customer service or property maintenance is preferred, and the ability to work weekends is required.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our vacation rental properties are well-maintained and that our guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay. This is a year-round full-time or part-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests and follow-up actions taken.
- Collaborate with the property management team to enhance guest satisfaction and property upkeep.
- Communicate with property owners and management regarding maintenance and repair needs
