The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and performing quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects. The estimator will also manage subcontractor bids and collaborate with project managers and architects during pre-construction.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and proficiency in software like Procore. Strong abilities in reading blueprints and coordinating with vendors and internal teams are required.
