The Risk Coordinator supports the Risk and Quality departments by collecting and analyzing incident data and leading investigations into complaints or grievances. They also collaborate with facility leadership to develop corrective action plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in a clinical healthcare field is preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain CPR and de-escalation certifications upon hire.

Rates between $22-26/hr (depending on experience and education)
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Provides support to the Risk and Quality Departments, both at an administrative level and for the collection, analysis, and coordination of assigned data and the completion of incident investigations and all related processes and procedures.
