The Activity Aide plans, implements, and evaluates individual and group activation programs to enrich the lives of residents. They are also responsible for monitoring resident behavior, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with nursing staff to meet resident needs.
Candidates must hold a post-secondary diploma or degree in recreation, therapeutic recreation, kinesiology, or a related field. Additionally, applicants must provide a negative vulnerable sector check and proof of a 2-step TB skin test.

The Activity Aide plays a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents. On the daily basis the Activity Aide will have the opportunity to bring joy and fun to our residents; by assisting with the facilitation of different activities, you will have a hand at brightening someone’s day!
