The Integration Support Engineer deploys and maintains system integrations across internal platforms and external customer environments. This includes configuring VPNs, managing firewall rules, and providing technical support to ensure secure data flow.
Candidates must have experience with FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, SQL, and general networking protocols. Familiarity with healthcare integrations like HL7 and FHIR is highly desirable.

The Integration Support Engineer is responsible for deploying, supporting, and maintaining system integrations across internal platforms and external customer environments. The role combines networking, application deployment, and technical support, working closely with development teams to ensure reliable and secure integration services.
