Enterprise Applications

  • Serve as the primary administrator for enterprise business applications including SharePoint Online, KnowBe4, Smartsheet, Adobe, DocuSign, Zoom, Box, and other business-critical platforms.
  • Design and administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, governance, and information architecture.
  • Manage application integrations, identity, licensing, and access while partnering with business stakeholders to improve adoption and usability.
  • Evaluate and implement new business applications as organizational needs evolve.

Customer Support

  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support while participating in the team's shared responsibility for end-user requests.
  • Respond professionally and effectively to technical issues affecting employees throughout the organization.
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders through responsiveness, communication, and dependable execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the IT team while helping establish scalable operational standards.

Infrastructure & Identity

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related infrastructure.
  • Manage endpoint lifecycle and configuration through Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management technologies.
  • Maintain server, storage, backup, and disaster recovery platforms to ensure reliability and business continuity.
  • Monitor infrastructure health, resolve operational issues, and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or contribute to infrastructure, endpoint, enterprise application, and operational improvement projects.
  • Participate in technology evaluations and implementation planning.
  • Recommend improvements that strengthen security, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
  • Support compliance initiatives including GxP, SOX, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Seven or more years of progressively responsible enterprise IT experience.
  • Strong administration experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and PowerShell.
  • Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms and identity integrations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned systems, and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
