Oussama est le manager d’une équipe aux compétences très variées (électronique, mécanique, automatisme…) qui pilote les équipements de nettoyage, collage, polissage. Celle-ci intervient en tant que support aux équipes de production de nos produits connaissant un fort succès de montée en volume.
Dans votre quotidien de travail, vous serez en charge de maintenir le fonctionnement et la disponibilité des équipements de Polissage. Vous réaliserez des maintenances préventives et curatives. Vous participerez également à l’amélioration de notre parc d’équipements.
Vous serez plongés au coeur de la haute technologie en travaillant une grande partie de votre temps en salle blanche sur un parc important de machines. Vous travaillerez sur des horaires en semaine jour alternés afin de permettre un flux continu de production.
En pratique, vous devrez maîtriser la méthodologie de diagnostic de pannes, la lecture de schémas, démonter des pièces mécaniques ou électriques et réfléchir à des solutions dans des domaines complexes et variés pour traiter des problèmes en toute autonomie.
Pas d’inquiétude ! Vous l’avez compris, vous ne travaillerez pas seul. L’équipe sera là pour vous accompagner, mais votre regard neuf nous intéresse particulièrement.
Si la maintenance, c’est votre truc, il vous faudra un bagage technique pour nous rejoindre type, BTS électronique, électrotechnique, DUT GEII, Mécanique de production, Licence technique ou encore d’autres formations techniques. Si vous connaissez les équipements de Polissage, votre compétence sera d’autant plus appréciée pour intégrer l’équipe actuellement en place.
Dans notre environnement high tech, il vous sera demandé un pragmatisme technique aigu et une grande rigueur de travail. Votre adaptation et votre communication ne sont plus à démontrer.
