You will organize and implement preventive and corrective maintenance actions to ensure equipment availability and performance. Additionally, you will act as a technical lead, coordinating with production and process teams while mentoring technicians.
The ideal candidate is an experienced maintenance engineer with a strong background in mechanics, electronics, and robotics. You must possess excellent communication skills in English and the ability to manage priorities autonomously in a technical environment.

Intégré·e au groupe maintenance/équipement d'Eric, une équipe dynamique d’Ingénieurs et de Techniciens aux compétences multiples, vous organisez et mettez en place les actions préventives, correctives et d’amélioration de nos équipements de production. Vous apporterez votre capacité d’organisation, votre autonomie et expérience technique en support de l’activité et pour proposer de nouveaux axes de travail.
Au delà de garantir la disponibilité et stabilité des équipements pour satisfaire la demande des clients, vous apporterez et mettrez en oeuvre vos propositions pour améliorer leur performance en termes de fiabilité, qualité, sécurité, capacité et cost of ownership.
Vous l’avez compris, vous serez animateur·trice technique pour tenir les enjeux opérationnels et conduire les projets en tant qu’interface privilégiée de la production, du process et du développement d'un côté, des fournisseurs et du service achat. Vous aurez également pour mission d’accompagner la montée en compétence des techniciens de l’organisation.
Challenge, autonomie, flexibilité, méthodologie, proactivité seront les mots-clés de votre quotidien.
Vous êtes ingénieur.e maintenance expérimenté.e, avec des compétences en mécanique, électronique et des notions en robotique. Votre socle de connaissance et votre appétence pour l'informatique (HW) vous permettrront d'être à l'aise sur le parc confié.
Vous aimez coordonner, communiquer et vous savez gérer les changements de priorités en autonomie.
En interfaçage régulier avec un public anglophone,vous justifiez d'un niveau suffisant pour vous permettre d'être à l'aise tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Le leadership, l’esprit d’équipe, votre capacité d’analyse et de synthèse seront des atouts nécessaires pour piloter I'activité sur votre périmètre et assurer le lien technique avec les équipes.
