A position is currently open within the Sales team. 

You join the US & EMEA Sales team to grow our enterprise business, running long, complex, high-value sales cycles through to signature, alongside the Customer Success team.

You engage C-level decision makers (HR, Internal Communications and Marketing leadership) on internal communication, employee advocacy and social selling challenges. Day to day, you work hand in hand with the Presales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Legal and Partnerships teams.

You start with an already active pipeline, and your targets step up in stages as you ramp.

Your role involves:

• Owning the full sales cycle through to signature: discovery, demo, commercial proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Going after new opportunities. You leverage inbound, RFPs and the existing pipeline, and you create your own deals through your network and outbound prospecting.
• Defining needs: understanding business challenges, decision-making paths, success criteria and expected ROI.
• Tailoring your demos and your messaging to what matters to each stakeholder, from C-level to operational teams.
• Running several opportunities in parallel across long, complex cycles: you prioritise, you frame each stage and you keep the follow-up rhythm going.
• Handing over to the Customer Success team once the deal is signed, for a smooth transition on the client side.

You are the right person if…

• You have over 3 years of sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, with hands-on practice of long, complex enterprise sales cycles.
• You have a C2 level in English.
• You see prospecting as a strategic game: you test, you measure, you adjust, you stay consistent.
• You know how to move a deal forward. You systematically secure a concrete next step and you keep control of how your cycles progress.
• You practise active listening, you know how to dig into needs (with MEDDIC for example), and you adapt your messaging and your recommendations to each prospect.
• You are comfortable with a range of stakeholders, from C-level to more operational profiles, and you adjust your approach to each one.
• You are organised and proactive: tracking several deals at once, prioritising and anticipating next steps is your everyday.
• You are resilient, persistent, and you enjoy moving forward as a team.

Alongside your onboarding, you take on responsibilities from the first few weeks, on a scope that can widen quickly depending on your performance. If you like structuring your work, moving forward autonomously and adjusting your priorities based on what you see in the field, you can progress fast here.

If you are comfortable with hunting new accounts, long cycles and multiple stakeholders (HR Directors, Communications leads, executives), you will recognise the type of enterprise selling we do. You have a market to go deep into, the space to build your network, run your own flow of opportunities, and full autonomy on your deals.

One thing worth a look: the C2 English line reads oddly in an English-language ad for a US/UK/EMEA role, where native or near-native English is assumed. If the intent is bilingual capability or comfort operating across EMEA, that could be phrased as a language requirement beyond English instead.
