Oversee legal, compliance, and corporate structuring while managing government affairs and investor relations. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and external legal counsel to ensure sustainable growth and risk mitigation.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in legal affairs, compliance, or government relations. Experience in fast-paced creative or media industries and familiarity with international business operations is highly advantageous.
