The Junior Sales Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience and driving aftermarket sales of pool and spa products. The role involves testing water, recommending treatment solutions, and supporting senior sales representatives to prepare for advancement into a full Sales Representative position.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire for professional growth in sales. Basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift products safely are also required.

The Junior Sales Specialist plays a critical role in both customer experience and revenue generation. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving aftermarket sales, and supporting the sales team through product education, promotions, and floor coverage.
This is a development-focused role designed to train and prepare team members for advancement into a full Sales Representative position. High performers in this role will be first in line for open sales opportunities within the company.
This role is designed as a direct pathway into a Sales Representative position.
