Du übernimmst die wiederkehrende operative Arbeit, die unsere Handwerkspartner am Laufen hält — von der Terminierung von Installationsterminen über den Kundenkontakt und die E-Mail-Bearbeitung bis hin zum Onboarding neuer Partner, der Lohndaten-Erfassung, der Dokumentation und der Rechnungsstellung. Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit unseren Venture Development Managern (VDMs), bist eine freundliche, verlässliche Ansprechperson auf Deutsch — und hilfst uns dabei, zu erkennen, welche Aufgaben wir als Nächstes automatisieren können.
Terminierung von Installationsterminen — Installationstermine zwischen Partnern, deren Kund:innen und Montageteams koordinieren und verbindlich planen.
Kundenkontakt — freundliche, professionelle Ansprechperson für die Kund:innen unserer Partner, telefonisch und per E-Mail.
E-Mail-Bearbeitung — Partner- und Kundenpostfächer sichten, beantworten, weiterleiten und nachfassen.
Onboarding & Administration — Accounts für das Onboarding neuer Partner und deren Mitarbeitender einrichten; Dokumentation und Stammdaten sauber und aktuell halten.
Lohndaten — Lohndaten vollständig und fristgerecht erfassen und sicherstellen.
Rechnungsstellung — Rechnungen korrekt und pünktlich erstellen (auf Basis der Angaben der Partnerbetriebe), offene Posten nachverfolgen und Rückfragen klären.
Prozessverbesserung — wiederkehrende, zeitintensive Aufgaben erkennen und als Automatisierungskandidaten melden; neue Tools und Workflows mitgestalten und übernehmen.
Deutsch auf Muttersprachen-Niveau (zwingend erforderlich) — die Rolle ist telefonisch und schriftlich stark kund:innen- und partnernah; dazu solide Englischkenntnisse für die interne Zusammenarbeit.
Idealerweise ca. 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen, Backoffice-, Kundenservice-, Disponenten-, Assistenz- oder Sachbearbeitungsrolle.
Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Verlässlichkeit — du hältst viele parallele Vorgänge im Griff, ohne dass etwas liegen bleibt.
Sicher am Telefon und im Schreiben professioneller E-Mails.
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (E-Mail, Kalender, Google Sheets, idealerweise ein CRM).
