Design and manage systematic outreach campaigns across various channels to generate qualified leads. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead hand-off and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Requires 2-4 years of experience in demand generation or performance marketing, preferably within a creative agency. Fluency in both German and English and proficiency with AI tools are essential.
