Perform preventative and corrective maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks in occupied and vacant apartment units. Maintain common areas, manage building systems, and ensure all life safety equipment is functional.
Requires a minimum of two years of experience with HVAC, BAS, and FAS in Class A residential complexes and relevant post-secondary education. Must possess a valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50lbs and use power tools.
