As Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations and assist with food preparation and quality control. You will also help train staff and improve kitchen workflows.
The position requires 1-3 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment. A Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer use.
