Role Overview

As our Growth Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our marketing team to improve marketing performance, automate workflows, and generate more qualified leads. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, AI, automation, and analytics. You'll help scale our marketing operations through smarter systems, AI-powered workflows, and data-driven experimentation. You'll gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, performance marketing, AI agents, workflow design, prospecting, and campaign optimization while contributing directly to Simvia's growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Marketing Automation & Workflow Optimization: Build and improve marketing workflows that increase team efficiency and reduce manual work. Help automate repetitive processes across marketing and lead generation activities.

• AI & Agent Development: Experiment with AI tools and build AI-powered workflows and agents that support marketing, prospecting, content creation, research, and operational processes. Help identify new opportunities to leverage AI across the business.

• Email Marketing & Prospecting: Support outbound and inbound lead generation efforts through email campaigns, prospecting workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and marketing automation initiatives.

• Performance Marketing: Assist with the setup, optimization, and reporting of campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and other growth initiatives. Help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and lead quality.

• Data & Analytics: Track marketing performance, analyze campaign results, monitor lead generation metrics, and provide insights that help the team make better decisions and improve outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

Core Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, AI, Data, Technology, or a related field

• Strong interest in growth marketing, automation, AI, and business operations

• Comfortable working with data and learning new tools quickly

• Fluent in English

• Result-driven and focused on creating measurable impact

• Pragmatic and hands-on

• Curious and eager to experiment with new technologies

• Technically minded and excited by automation opportunities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

• Proactive and willing to take ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing automation tools

• Experience building AI workflows or working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar

• Familiarity with email marketing and prospecting

• Basic understanding of SEO, SEA, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or growth marketing

• Experience with data analysis and reporting

• Native or fluent Dutch, German, or Spanish language skills

• Minimum 5 months, up to 6 months depending on availability.
