Lead and develop a finance team of 3-6 people while overseeing month-end close and accurate financial reporting. Establish operational rhythms, improve accounting workflows, and partner with the CFO on forecasting and cash flow planning.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3-5+ years of experience managing accounting or finance teams. Must have strong expertise in GAAP, internal controls, and the ability to design repeatable processes.

You will own the day-to-day leadership and operations of the finance department for a property management company managing 1,300+ units. Your focus will be developing a strong finance team, establishing clear expectations, and creating the operating rhythm that drives consistency and performance. This includes leading month-end close, KPI reviews, team meetings, reporting timelines, and continuous process improvement. You will coach and develop team members through regular feedback, performance management, and accountability while improving workflows, controls, and systems that allow the finance function to scale.
