The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing prompt maintenance tasks and capital improvement activities as assigned by directors. This includes executing routine preventive maintenance and satisfying resident work orders efficiently.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of property maintenance experience and possess their own tools. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform heavy lifting and property walks are required.
