Lead the strategy and execution of a large-scale enterprise portal ecosystem, transforming fragmented tools into a unified user experience. Manage the product lifecycle using SAFe Agile cycles while collaborating with engineering and UX teams to deliver technical features.
Requires 8+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background in enterprise platforms and system integrations. Must have a proven track record of managing distributed teams and translating complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
Sila is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the evolution of a large-scale, enterprise portal ecosystem used by hundreds of thousands of users. This role is at the center of a complex digital platform comprised of 150+ integrated applications, supporting a full lifecycle of customer workflows—from purchasing and operations to maintenance, and analytics,. In this role you will own the product strategy and roadmap and lead the execution for this highly visible portal that acts as a single destination for users to get their work done, while helping drive its transformation from a collection of siloed tools into a unified, seamless experience.
