The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety. Duties include performing preventative maintenance, updating tracking systems, and maintaining building utilities and safety standards.
Candidates should have 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a strong knowledge of electricity. Proficiency in welding (MIG/Arc) and forklift operation is required, while PLC and drive experience is preferred.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $32.00 - $41.00 hourly and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm + overtime as needed
Summary
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to ensure production and operations are running safely at the most efficient level achievable, producing the highest possible production quality. Complies with applicable regulations and the department’s safety program.
Essential Functions
