We’re looking for product leaders who are:
✔ Passionate about driving product strategy and execution for high-impact initiatives
✔ Experienced in owning roadmaps, feature development, and cross-functional alignment
✔ Excited to work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to scale products
Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization frameworks
Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality execution
Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to align product vision with business goals
Use data, user research, and competitive analysis to drive informed product decisions
Own KPIs and success metrics, optimizing for engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Develop and implement A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous iteration processes
Act as a thought leader within the company, mentoring junior PMs and influencing company-wide strategy
Collaborate with founders and executives on long-term product vision and expansion opportunities
While each startup has its own hiring criteria, many staff product manager roles in our network look for:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong track record of leading and delivering successful products in B2B, B2C, or SaaS
Expertise in roadmap ownership, feature prioritization, and product execution methodologies
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using SQL, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, and design thinking
Experience working with agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams
Proven ability to mentor and lead product teams while staying hands-on in execution
Experience in AI, fintech, marketplaces, developer tools, or SaaS is a plus
