The specialist assists agents with annuity management by gathering policy information from carriers and preparing annual reviews. They also manage in-force data and collaborate with the product team to improve service offerings.
Candidates must have experience with outbound calls, database software, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Experience with annuities, life insurance, or securities is strongly preferred.
As an Inforce Policy Specialist, you would join a team that has pioneered the industry’s first Inforce Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews, a convenient, automated, solution for agents to manage their client's annuities. The core responsibilities for this role are assisting our agents with a wide range of tasks, such as acquiring values and forms, addressing policy-related inquiries, and supporting servicing requests such as withdrawals or changes. You would play a pivotal role in helping agents move their current clients to Signal Advisors, providing support for their past sales.

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
