The Leasing Consultant provides clerical and administrative support for property management, including rent collection and tenant coordination. Key duties include handling tenant complaints, performing unit inspections, and managing the eviction process.
Candidates must be high school graduates with at least two years of administrative experience and proficiency in property management software like Yardi or Real Page. Experience with Section 8 or tax credit projects is required.
The Leasing Consultant provides clerical support for the administration of the property, including answering telephones, greeting tenants and visitors, typing, filing and preparation of reports. This position reports the Property Manager of the property.
Duties may include, but are not limited to assisting the Property Manager in the following areas:
