Sales Expert with Turkish
Your Role
You drive sales growth across the Turkish market and selected Middle East countries by building strong client relationships, opening new opportunities, and turning market knowledge into real business results. You understand the local business culture, communicate confidently in Turkish, and know how to move from first contact to long-term partnership.
• You have 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar commercial role
• You have hands-on experience with the Turkish market
• You have experience with other Middle East markets, partners, clients, or distribution channels
• You speak and write Turkish at an excellent level
• You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
• You know how to find new business opportunities and turn them into active client relationships
• You are confident in prospecting, negotiations, presentations, and follow-ups
• You understand B2B sales, distribution, retail channels, or partner management
• You work well with sales targets, pipelines, forecasts, and market data
• You have a strong commercial mindset and a clear focus on results
• You are proactive, persistent, and comfortable working with different cultures and markets
• You have experience in consumer electronics, IoT, smart home products, or technology sales, which is considered an advantage
• You speak Arabic or another regional language, which is considered an advantage
• You develop and grow Shelly’s sales presence in Turkey and selected Middle East markets
• You identify new clients, distributors, partners, and sales opportunities
• You manage the full sales cycle from first contact to negotiation, closing, and account development
• You build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers
• You research market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and commercial opportunities
• You present Shelly products and solutions in a clear and convincing way
• You prepare offers, follow up on proposals, and support negotiations with clients and partners
• You manage existing accounts and look for ways to grow their performance
• You track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline updates in the relevant systems
• You support forecasting and provide market insights to help the team make smart commercial decisions
• You collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, order coordination, and customer support
• You represent Shelly with confidence, professionalism, and a strong understanding of the local market
