The technician is responsible for resolving daily work order requests and maintaining plumbing and electrical fixtures. They also perform painting touch-ups and conduct preventative and emergency maintenance across resident apartments and grounds.
The ideal candidate should have previous maintenance experience in a resort, hospital, or similar environment. They must be able to perform various corrective and preventative maintenance tasks throughout the community.
