Conduct in-home sales appointments to diagnose homeowner needs and present solutions for roofing, siding, and window projects. Manage the full sales cycle from initial walkthrough to signed contract and hand off projects to the production team.
Requires a proven track record in sales and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Candidates must be available for evenings and Saturdays and be comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.
