We’re looking for a Performance, Change & Improvement Expert to join our Workforce Planning & Optimisation team. This role is really focused on continuous improvement, helping to ensure we deliver the “Optimisation” we’re named for.
You can expect to be:
You’ll be based at our Pride Park site in Derby. You’ll work within our Infra Planning & Scheduling team. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week Monday to Friday.
