As our Marketing Representative, you'll be the face of SERVPRO in the community, developing meaningful relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, business owners, and community organizations. What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other referral partners.
Identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue goals.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
Attend networking events, chamber functions, trade shows, and community events to increase SERVPRO's visibility.
Coordinate and host educational events, Lunch & Learns, and Continuing Education (CE) classes.
Maintain accurate customer information and identify high-value prospects within your territory.
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Track marketing activities and sales opportunities using CRM software.
Serve as a trusted resource by educating customers on SERVPRO's restoration and cleaning services.
