The Restoration Crew Chief leads water, fire, and mold mitigation projects while supervising technicians and managing equipment. They are responsible for performing demolition, documenting job progress, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met on-site.
Candidates must have proven experience leading a mitigation crew and possess IICRC certifications such as WRT and ASD. The role requires the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in challenging environments like attics and crawlspaces.

Key Responsibilities
This role is approximately 60% field production work and 40% customer communication and documentation.
Qualifications
This is not an entry-level position. Restoration experience is required.
