The technician is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and rebuilding properties affected by water and fire damage. This includes utilizing power tools for extraction, drying, and performing asbestos abatement when necessary.
Experience in the restoration industry and proficiency with restoration tools are preferred. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
