The Construction Administrator will manage digital job files, coordinate project schedules, and facilitate communication between customers, vendors, and insurance personnel. They will also assist with project management tasks including budgeting, estimating, and handling accounts receivable and payable.
The ideal candidate has experience in a busy office setting and the construction or restoration industry. They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a self-motivated, professional attitude.
