Lead the end-to-end global transformation of the CRM ecosystem, transitioning from current tools to a new AI-powered omnichannel model. Responsible for overall governance, strategic alignment, and coordinating complex global stakeholders to ensure quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
Requires 10-15+ years of experience in operational leadership or program direction, specifically with large-scale CRM transformations in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Must possess strong cross-functional leadership skills and fluency in English.

Depuis 2021, Servier s'appuie sur Veeva CRM à l'échelle mondiale, complété dès 2022 par un écosystème omnicanal intégré plaçant la donnée au centre de notre stratégie pour éclairer la décision et préparer l'intégration de l'IA.
La fin du partenariat entre Veeva et Salesforce fixant l'échéance de notre outil actuel à décembre 2029, nous engageons une migration structurée. À l'instar des standards du marché, nous considérons cette étape non pas comme un simple transfert technique, mais comme une refonte stratégique de notre engagement client. Cette transformation nous permettra d'évaluer les nouvelles solutions (Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, CEPs émergents) pour bâtir un modèle omnicanal dopé à l'IA et garantissant une interaction experte (HCP) conforme et performante.
En tant que Directeur du programme CRM, vous êtes responsable de la conception d’ensemble et de la bonne exécution, de bout en bout, de cette transformation mondiale. Vous définissez et pilotez la trajectoire stratégique du programme à l’échelle internationale, en veillant à l’articulation entre standardisation globale et pertinence opérationnelle locale.
Vous assurez la coordination d’un écosystème complexe de parties prenantes à l’échelle mondiale, mobilisant World Operations, les US, GPS, GMPA, la R&D et DDIS, dans des environnements réglementaires variés et des contextes régionaux différenciés.
Vous vous appuyez sur un Program Manager en charge des dimensions opérationnelles du PMO, afin de vous consacrer à la gouvernance d’ensemble, à l’alignement stratégique et à la création de valeur au sein des filiales Servier.
Expériences précédentes : 10 à 15 ans d’expérience ou plus dans des fonctions de leadership opérationnel ou de direction de programme
Une expérience préalable dans la conduite de transformations globales ou de programmes de conduite du changement constitue un atout.
