Position Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Contractor to support the operation and maintenance of our office and R&D facilities in Milpitas, CA. This role will assist with facility maintenance, vendor coordination, office improvements, and general facility-related projects as needed.
On-site support in Milpitas, CA
Responsibilities
Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
Manage and communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Support office renovations, workspace improvements, and facility projects.
Monitor building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Coordinate routine inspections and ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
Assist with facility-related compliance and documentation.
Respond to facility issues and help resolve them in a timely manner.
Support office operations and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in facilities, building operations, property management, or related fields.
Experience coordinating vendors and contractors.
Basic knowledge of commercial building systems and facility maintenance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting office, engineering, laboratory, or R&D facilities.
Familiarity with tenant improvements, office moves, or facility projects.
Experience working in technology or engineering environments.
