The associate will perform quality control and bioinformatic analysis of NGS data, specifically focusing on bulk RNA and scRNA datasets. They are also responsible for developing and maintaining analysis pipelines and generating detailed technical reports.
Candidates must hold a B.S. or M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field and possess experience with scripting languages and Unix/Linux environments. Proficiency in processing next-generation sequencing data and working with high-performance computing clusters is required.
