The Registered Nurse is responsible for the daily clinical management of residents, including medication administration, care plan development, and clinical documentation. They also provide health consultations, respond to emergencies, and maintain communication with families and staff to ensure high-quality care.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license and possess at least one year of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting. An Associate’s degree in nursing or equivalent training is required, along with current CPR certification.

This individual is responsible for the daily clinical aspect functioning to meet all residents’ needs.
Level of Formal Education: An Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school: or Two years related experience and/or training equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
Area of Study: Nursing
Years of Experience: 1+ years
Type of Experience: skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
Special Certifications: Must have a Registered Nurse’s License current, with no judgments against it, in the state in which he/she is practicing and must be CPR certified
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills
