The Director of Health and Wellness oversees the delivery of resident care, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages the clinical budget and staff. They are responsible for conducting resident assessments, coordinating care conferences, and maintaining high standards of safety and service.
Candidates must hold an active LPN, LVN, or RN license and possess experience managing clinical teams in a senior living or hospital setting. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems and a valid driver's license are required to perform the duties of this role.

This position is responsible for directing the Health and Wellness Program and ensuring that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. The Director of Health and Wellness will direct staff, ensure regulatory compliance and be responsible for the management of the clinical budget.
