Oversee the overall maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant, including buildings, grounds, and engineering systems. Manage department staff and coordinate housekeeping and capital budget projects to ensure facility cleanliness and safety.
Requires 2+ years of nursing home maintenance or plant operations experience. A Certified Pool Operators license may be required depending on the location.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance and upkeep of the physical plant including, building, grounds and all engineering as well as managing any other staff within the department.
