Responsible for the day-to-day operations of resident care in assisted living, including scheduling and supporting frontline care staff. Acts as a primary liaison for resident families and participates in care plan meetings to ensure optimal resident needs are met.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3-5+ years of caregiver experience, with CNA experience preferred. Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.

In this role you will be responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff while reporting to the HWD. The RCC should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.
Level of Formal Education: HS or GED
Area of Study: General
Years of Experience: 3-5+ years caregiver experience preferred
Type of Experience: CNA experience preferred, scheduling, communicating with families
Special Certifications: Prefer CNA
Language Skills: Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
Technical Competencies: Basic computer skills, Excel for scheduling
