The Warehouse Operative is responsible for the accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of customer orders while maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. They will also handle incoming deliveries, inspect stock for discrepancies, and utilize warehouse systems to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates should be reliable, organized, and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While previous warehouse experience is preferred, applicants with relevant transferable skills and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.

About the role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our Sittingbourne team.
You will support the accurate and efficient movement of goods through the warehouse, from receiving deliveries and putting stock away to picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
This is a hands-on role within a busy warehouse environment. Accuracy, organisation, teamwork and a strong work ethic are essential.
