The Student Nurse Tech is responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility. They also perform clinical tasks such as obtaining vital signs, specimen collection, and peripheral IV removal under supervision.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited nursing school and have completed their first year or fundamentals of nursing. A BLS certification is required upon hire, along with effective communication skills.
