Manage the front desk operations by greeting, registering, and scheduling patients for an outpatient physical therapy center. Handle business administrative tasks including insurance authorizations, verifications, and co-pay collection.
A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of front desk experience are required. Experience with insurance verification is required, while medical office and healthcare experience are preferred.

As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and business side of our center. Don’t underestimate the impact you can make on every patient’s care experience, even before they leave the waiting room.
