Manage post-incident processes, including claims oversight and return-to-work coordination for injured workers. Analyze QHSE performance data to identify systemic failures and implement continuous improvements within the Integrated Management System.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or diploma in OHS, Risk Management, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in incident and claims management. Must be bilingual in French and English with strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation.

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Claims & Performance Specialist to join our QHSE+ team.
The Claims & Performance Specialist is responsible for managing workplace injury, illness, disability, and workers' compensation claims from initial reporting through closure while protecting the organization's claims performance, experience rating, and overall risk profile.
This role combines claims management, return-to-work coordination, disability management, and performance analytics to support cost reduction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented professional who can effectively manage claims while transforming data into actionable insights that improve organizational performance, reduce costs, and support successful return-to-work outcomes.
Seguin Morris is a respected player in the field of industrial and commercial electricity, with expertise in civil engineering as well as the installation of high voltage switch-gears. Our highly qualified team of estimators, technicians and project managers are routinely called upon to complete major electrical wiring and installation projects including, highways, bridges, overpasses, viaducts, airports, intersections, and underground piping. We also have a Services Division to help you with much more than just 24/7 emergency service calls. We manage equipment upgrades and perform ongoing maintenance, including wire integrity tests and end-of-lifecycle analysis. We can even supply of new or warrantied refurbished parts. Our team can handle everything from electrical shut-downs, industrial hardware programming and control systems integration to engineering support and turnkey design-build projects.
